Over 16 years of experience her career has evolved between private, government and semi-government sectors in Saudi Arabia, thriving with technology, human capability development and the interdisciplinary domains “Human Computer Interaction”.

She is a certified trainer and ISID IMASS© fellow, certified ROI©, KMI CKM©, PMP©, PMI-PBA©, PMI-ACP© , and KPIP©. Yara has played a critical role as Quality Matters and OER representative and catalyst award winner from Blackboard, and she was part of e-learning pioneer program in collaboration between NeLC, UMASS, and OLC.

Yara is one of Misk 2023 leaders and a member of Saudi Leadership Society (SLS), PMI Saudi Chapter, KSU Consulting Committee of Instructional Technologies program, and PNU Executive Council of Community College.
