I am an internationally experienced strategic Executive HR Director & Business Partner; Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) with proven expertise in the operational and strategic management of HR functions for global and developing organizations. This has included defining the overall HR vision, agenda, policies and procedures for start-up companies as well as driving continuous improvements for businesses in the retail, e-commerce, fin-tech, logistics, oil & gas, aerospace, petrochemicals, downstream, education, entrepreneurship, consulting and construction industries.

A proponent of change, I have been instrumental in leading companies through comprehensive transformation programs, including on an international scale. Operating from senior executive to grass roots level to engage and influence others, I specialize in overcoming resistance and obtaining full buy-in, leveraging strong skills in communication, negotiation and persuasion.

Considerable experience has been gained spearheading and managing shared services operations, ensuring the alignment of corporate HR strategies on organization development (OD), talent acquisition (recruitment), HR information systems (HRIS), learning and development (L&D), talent and performance management, compensation and benefits (rewards), HR operations, and employee relations (ER) with overall business needs and simultaneously supporting multiple functions from marketing and PR to IT, legal and compliance. I am a natural collaborator with a proven track record of building strategic business relationships and viable partnerships with key external stakeholders, ensuring that these are mutually beneficial and add value to the business.
