Gordon Zeilstra is a veteran of the Human Resources technology industry for 30 years and has held senior executive roles at some of the HR technology industry’s leading vendors. Notably, he has provided strong leadership at the inflection point of HR tech’s most notable growth organizations. Gordon was with SuccessFactors in their pre- and post-acquisition by SAP, assisting to move from a Performance & Goals leader into a Core HR and Talent and Learning leader, while providing leadership in North America, based in Toronto and Montreal, and in Asia Pacific, as the EVP of in Product Strategy and Sales, based in Singapore for all of SAP’s HCM business across Asia. Gordon was also an early employee at Taleo (later acquired by Oracle), joining in its early days having sales, solutions consulting and alliances leadership roles and part of the founding team of Taleo Asia Pacific, where he was based in Sydney, Australia. Prior to Taleo, Gordon was the first international hire at Monster in 1995 and in addition to being the first founding employee of Monster.ca, he headed up sales, global partnerships, and worked on numerous acquisitions. Since leaving SAP, he has been a Partner at Gotham Growth, where he has worked in Mergers & Acquisitions, and advising various companies in the HR Tech, Blockchain, IoT & ESG space. He also serves as Chief Revenue Advisor at Schoox, which is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic Learning Management Systems.
