Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Leadership Development at channels by stc, a subsidiary of stc Group in Saudi Arabia. Eng. Abdullah leads leadership development programs, and talent growth strategy. He plays a key role in aligning corporate practices across group companies, implementing succession management programs, and driving talent analytics and solutions.

Prior to that, Eng. Abdullah held positions such as Manager of the Assessment and Career Centre at TAHAKOM, where he established and executed career management services and played a significant role in talent analytics and career development programs.

As Program Manager for Career Transformation at Kawader Ltd., Eng. Abdullah built career management frameworks and managed the establishment of a government training institute while developing multi-career path programs

He co-founded new revenue streams and ensured smooth business operations in a company that works in Education and HR Advisory Services. Additionally, as a Customer Success Partner at Kawader Ltd.
