Has proven experience in leading organizational transformational projects such as the establishment of Riyadh Airport Company (RAC) as a carve-out of GACA and the merger between the Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) and Saudi Railways Organization (SRO).

Abdulrahman currently holds the leadership role of the HR & Business Support General Manager at SAR and acts as the Chief Integration Management Officer (IMO) for the SAR and SRO merger. As part of his role, he is leading the development and implementation of organization and human capital strategies for the railway sector and SAR. In the field of capability development, Abdulrahman co-led the launch and multi-year execution of a comprehensive knowledge transfer program in collaboration with a UK-based consortium ‘Al Shiraka’ (i.e., Serco, Freightliner, and Network Rail) under a technical assistance and management contract.

Abdulrahman is experienced Board of Directors and Board Commitee's Member with distinguished track record on leading the set up of Board governance, bylaws and charters. In addition to leading the strategy development and Numination and Remuneration practices in the Board room.
