Dedicated to the development of people and organisations. A HR professional, with over 25 years' experience, specialising in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development and Change.

Based in the Middle East for more than 18 years, I set up from scratch the learning & development and talent functions for the region’s largest franchiser, spread across 17 different countries with over 50,000 employees- Alshaya Group. From writing and implementing competency frameworks, through designing and embedding performance management processes, and managing the identified talent at all levels of the business. I have led teams to adapt and improve our approach to ensure we supported the business strategy.

Coming originally from a business management background, through diligent consultation, I always ensure that solutions I offer add real value to the company and are aligned to business needs. I can take a holistic view of many HR challenges, having been lucky to have the opportunity to oversee recruitment functions and hold interim HR Director roles. I have experience of Banking and Real Estate industries on top of my extensive Retail and Hospitality background.

Currently working as an Organisation Expert for project management firm, Hanmi Global Saudi. I also have my own consulting business P to the Power of Ten Consulting, and I continue my involvement in the region with various consultancy projects whilst, in addition, do work as a career coach.

Continual personal development is key to me, and I strive to keep up to date with the latest research related to HR best practice. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and have spoken and been a panel guest at several HR conferences in the Middle East. I am currently pursuing my ICF, ACC accreditation so that I can formalise the coaching experience I have built over the years.
