Shad Rogers, the founder of Clairmont, is a passionate talent management specialist who, over 20 years working at the world’s leading financial institutions, has developed a keen understanding of what it takes for individuals to succeed in today’s environment.

He was last a Senior Manager at ADIA (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority), a leading sovereign wealth fund based in the United Arab Emirates. In the role, he was the head of learning, focusing on the development of individuals and the organization. Prior to ADIA, he served as Vice President of Learning for PIMCO, a leading global investor, where he oversaw development initiatives ranging from graduate onboarding programs to senior leadership development activities. Shad joined PIMCO in the Business Development group, where he worked with clients on hedge funds and private equity offerings. He began his career at UBS, focusing on municipal bonds and absolute return strategies.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanguard University, a Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Master’s of Education from the University of Pennsylvania.

Shad is currently a Doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is focusing on the development of high-potential employees in the GCC region
