A former competitive 100m sprinter, Sam Harvey has led corporate and SME businesses around the globe for the past 20 years. Calling New Zealand home, Sam has led businesses in New York City, the Caribbean and London, leading teams from 30 to 150 across the Manufacturing, Hospitality, Media and Tech sectors.

This background has led to a fascination with Human and Team performance, which Sam formally began to study things with a Diploma in Sports Performance, alongside his competitive sprinting. He has then continued with Post Graduate study in Business Administration before focussing on an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change along with study in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching at Henley Business School and a PG Dip in Organisational Leadership at the University of Oxford.

Sam currently leads the Performance (People and Culture) department at LVL Wellbeing, as Chief Performance Officer where he works closely with the working with the LVL leadership team and business to build them a connected, high-functioning team
