Ragini is the Head of Talent Acquisition for the MENA region at H+K Strategies, leading all external hiring needs for the firm.

With over 15 years’ experience in the region, Ragini has consistently demonstrated her ability to build highly effective and award-winning marketing and communications teams across the MENA region in PR, Digital, Creative, and beyond. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in these areas enable her to effectively manage the talent acquisition function at H+K, ensuring that the company's workforce has the best and brightest in the industry and the MENA region.

Before joining H+K, Ragini was in HR / Talent Acquisition roles with the Middle East Communications Network (IPG) and Asda’a BCW in the UAE. She started her career in Media Planning with Walker Media, London before moving into the headhunting field with Hanson Search. Her wealth of experience has endowed her with valuable insights and skills that enable her to drive H+K's talent acquisition strategy forward.

Ragini Shah holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Classics from King's College, University of London.
