Pooja is a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience across FMCG, Real Estate, Retail, Auto, and IT industry. Currently, Pooja is the Head of People & Performance for Supply Chain function of Kraft Heinz Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Poland, and Eastern European business. Previously, she has held various roles spanning across Talent, Rewards and HR Business Partnering for India and Southeast Asia geographies. An engineer by qualification, she spent early years of her professional career with IBM and later, went on to do her MBA from Indian Institute of Management in Shillong, majoring in Marketing and HR. Over the years, Pooja has been passionately working towards two key drivers that define her career the most- coaching leaders & nurturing young talent and continuous improvement using technology!
