Profile

Nouf joined Riyadh Airports Company in 2018, and since 2019, she has been leading the Succession Planning and Leadership Development team at RAC. She is responsible for developing leadership talent within the organization and ensuring a strong talent pipeline is in place for strategic and critical positions through the design and delivery of a comprehensive selection system through customized assessment centers. She also is responsible for the design and delivery of all individual learning plans for the identified successions to help prep them for upcoming roles.

During her time at Riyadh Airports, she had successfully developed the first of its kind Airport Leadership Development Framework, aligned to the organization’s leadership framework to develop leaders across all levels within the organization. She also worked on identifying successors at executive, mid management, and other level critical/ leadership roles within the organization. Nouf has a total of 8 years’ experience working in the “Talent Transformation” field. Before joining RAC, she had previous experience at an international IT Consulting company within the Talent Management area.
