Kyla Neill Certified Business Trainer at Start-up Coach

With over fifteen years of experience in developing and mentoring talent, Kyla supports leaders as they navigate through company change and global career and leadership transitions. Kyla gained her advanced coaching credential with the International Coach Academy (ICA), one of the world’s leading coaching schools, in 2014. Her coaching qualifications ideally complement her Bachelor of Management degree and Post Graduate study in Human Resources.

Kyla is currently a Human Resource/Talent Management Consultant and Certified Professional Coach for numerous multinational companies throughout the Middle East, Asia and Australia. By way of delivering focused and high value service to her clients, she is able to effectively complete individual projects and provide additional support to an existing team. Kyla’s extensive experience encompasses 360 evaluations and feedback and analysis of psychometric testing for mid and senior level Managers (Hay Group, CEB Global, and Gallup Clifton Strengths), as well as succession planning projects, training of mid-level management employees to improve team performance and business engagement, and managing cultural diversity within the workplace.

In addition to her consulting services, Kyla provides coaching for internal employees who are transitioning into new roles, as well as those who may require support developing within a current position. She works with employees to establish corporate aligned goals, and conducts personal career development to outline time frames and monitor outcomes. She also develops individual employee progress reports for management teams, whilst maintaining ethical boundaries and client/coach privilege and confidentiality. Additionally, Kyla is able to support employees transitioning into new senior roles, or those relocating to the Middle East from abroad.

In 2017, Kyla gave form to her passion for female empowerment and equality in the workplace by developing a platform that she named Succeeding In Heels. Having lived abroad for the better part of the past twenty years, Kyla has found that the common thread linking women from different cultures, nationalities and religions is to find fulfilling work that they can fall in love with, and to have the freedom and flexibility they desire. Succeeding In Heels allows Kyla to connect with and help women via coaching, workshops and training. This initiative has grown into a network of women who are building careers and businesses and who are supported by Kyla through her monthly live event and within a private group.
