Elizabeth Hannah is the Director of Program Quality, Partnerships, & Facilitators at the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Elizabeth has over twenty years’ of experience in the adult learning profession including managing the strategy and implementation of education programs. She is a senior manager with the Association for Talent Development’s (ATD), the world’s largest association dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations, and plays an integral role within ATD’s Education Department.
Elizabeth is responsible for the facilitator integrated talent management strategy and its implementation for the global team of ATD facilitators. For ATD’s education program deliveries outside of the U.S., she oversees facilitator recruitment, training, management, content translation and development, sales training, and logistics.
Elizabeth has extensive experience in successfully developing cutting edge programs for the talent development profession, converting face to face programs to the virtual classroom as well as launching new partnership programs in Dubai and China. She also oversees the evaluation strategy, including learning transfer, for all ATD education programs.
