Niloofar was born in Dubai and raised in Oman with 17 years of facilitation, coaching and performance management experience in the Middle East. She has a PhD in Education and MA in Education from Australia and BA Hons. in Sociology and Near Eastern Studies (double major) from the US. She has extensive experience in developing and customizing workshops as well as assessments such as the MBTIs in both Arabic and English.
