Amir Dhia is Advisor and Assistant Professor at the University of Business and Technology (UBT) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is a Member of the HRCI CEO Advisory Council, Advisory Board Member of the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants (AASBC), and Board Member of the Standards Supreme Council of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM) and the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM).
His career and achievements span over 25 years of global experiences as an Advisor, Dean and Director General in advancing higher and executive education, certification institutions, language schools, business development, international cooperation and conferences, strategic partnerships, training and consultancy. He has also designed and developed numerous international certifications, management training and degree programs in several countries.
Along with his PhD (summa cum laude), Master and Bachelor degrees, he holds certifications and designations in Human Resources, Talent Management, Internal Communication, Contract Law, Project Management, Change Management, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics. He is also an International Negotiations Expert, Legal Translation Expert, an Accredited SME Consultant, and completed the Distinguished Leadership Development Program from the renowned National School of Administration in Paris (ENA). He has had the pleasure of lecturing and supervising undergraduate and post-graduate students, along with training and coaching CEOs, ambassadors and career diplomats, officers, government officials, and corporate executives around the world.
