Driven at an early age to help her brother cope in the real world, Dipti’s formative years are driven by a deep rooted understanding of People of Determination (POD), with over 15 years in the field, she holds certification from the Canadian Association for Supported Employment, a Bachelors in Special Education and a Masters in Psychology.
