Barbi also conducts Train-the-Trainer programmes to accredit client trainers and champions to deliver the Gober Method in-house and Train-the-Coach accreditation seminars.
Through the years she has assisted Mary Gober at Open Seminars, delivered at conferences and large scale training events for clients.
Barbi has extensive domestic and international experience dealing directly with customers and managing service professionals. Before joining the MGI Team, Barbi worked with British Airways for 12 years. She delivered Leadership, Communication and Customer Experience training in Africa, South America, United States, Middle East, Europe and London.
Over two years Barbi managed and hosted nearly 50 ‘Sharing Best Practice’ visits for c1000 directors and managers from over 150 UK businesses as part of a government Department of Trade & Industry sponsored scheme, winning top awards for British Airways both years thereby raising their profile and reputation.
