Adil SAGHIR is currently Head of Pensions at Hayah Insurance, a leading insurance company based in the UAE and the GCC, where he is dedicated to helping companies in their transition to tailored pension solutions. With a career spanning more than thirteen years in the insurance and risk management industry, he brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the field.

Adil began his career in the insurance sector at Covea Insurance in 2010, as a Non-Life underwriter. Over the years, he worked his way up through the company's ranks, eventually becoming Key Account Manager in charge of portfolio management for key account pensions and risks.

He also held the role of Key Account Manager Deputy CPO at Oney Insurance, based in Malta. There he competently managed life and non-life insurance portfolios, gaining valuable experience that has shaped his career.

In particular, Adil is renowned for his extensive expertise in risk management, corporate insurance and group insurance solutions. He holds a master's degree in risk management and group insurance from the École supérieure de l'Assurance in Paris.
