ABDULMAJEED joined Riyadh Airports Company in 2022 as Talent Management Director and within months, took on the then role of acting HRGM. Based on his extensive experience in Senior HR Roles and evident potential to lead Riyadh Airports People & Leaders through current and exciting transformational change, including the implementation of a new Organisation structure, he was officially appointed Chief Human Capital Officer for the organisation in April 2023. He and his team are responsible for delivering all Human Resource aspects of the 2023 – 2026 Company Strategy. Following his passions, he has obtained certification as a professional Coach and is Certified via CIPD, more recently he was nominated to represent Riyadh Airports Company at the ACI Asia Pacific Regional HR Committee. He is a champion of our People and Leadership agendas, including building capability and identification of potential & Talent within RAC to enable the delivery of strategic priorities. Alongside his strong passion for developing others and teams and influencing change in organisational culture and leadership capability, he continues to focus on his own personal & professional development. He holds a Bachelors Degree in English Language and Literature has successfully completed his MBA with Alfaisal University, Riyadh in 2023. With over 16 years of experience, Abdulmajeed has held senior-level HR roles for leading National entities and organisations in Saudi Arabia, including Alshaya Group Talent Acquisition Manager & Area HR Manager, Almarai Personnel Manager, Saudi Central Bank -SAMA roles held in SAMA included Director of HR Services Division & Director of HRBP Division and he also has extensive HR experience with Saudi Government Finance Ministry where he held the role of General Manager Human Resources
