St Andrew’s School, Turi is one of the leading international schools in Africa. Founded in 1933, it offers an outstanding British Curriculum education to approximately 650 boarding pupils, aged 5 – 18 years.
It comprises two semi-autonomous schools: a Preparatory School of 220 pupils between the ages of 3 and 13 and a Senior School of 400 students between the ages of 13 and 18, both schools are situated on a beautiful 450 acre estate, on the edge of the Great Rift Valley, 200 KM NW of Nairobi.
It is a fully coeducational boarding school whose values are distinctively Christian. We have high expectations, not least in work and behaviour, but these are set within an environment characterised by Christian love and care. We foster integrity, respect, compassion and understanding, encouraging them in all that we do and showing them by example. Our mission is to ‘develop self – disciplined, confident and compassionate individuals who live and lead with integrity’. We aim to be true to our motto, ‘Seeking the Highest’ – ‘Altiora Peto’
