Robert currently serves as Manager of the Jumbo Academy at the Royal Jumbo Food Group where he is responsible for learning development of more than 100.000 colleagues in Jumbo Supermarkets in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Prior to the Royal Jumbo Food Group Robert worked for key brands as KPN, Coca-Cola, Carglass and Volkswagen in an array of different HR roles. In 2018 he won the HR top 100 audience award for his work as a HR Director at Volkswagen Pon Financial Services.

Lighting fires instead of filling buckets is the development passion of Robert Dollevoet. He is an experienced change artist and possesses over more than two decades of experience in Learning & Leadership Development. Currently he is working on High impact training and High impact online learning.
