With more than 15 years of experience, I have worked in multiple industries as global leader in LD and driving strategic change. This includes a variety of global roles in diverse industries such as Medtech, Financial services, FMCG, Logistics and NGOs.

As Vice President Global Training at Arjo AB, I am leading the global learning team to deliver an ambitious learning agenda. Key strategic projects I have tackled in the last years include setting up the training and development agenda for Arjo IPO, Covid-19 turn around through development and now the support of organizational and capability development for strategy roll-out. I believe that Learning is a constant and covers the entire ecosystem of an organization; therefore in this role I have pioneered the development of a new sales channel, through customer education initiatives, increasing customer attraction by at least 20% year on year.

I believe that in today’s AI and rapid changing world, people are more important than ever. It is time for organizations to tighten their learning culture and enable leaders to truly collaborate and get people ready to perform in any given environment.
