Martin Caine, who is currently Head of HR Global at Symeres is one of those rare pioneers, who has always felt comfortable with exploring to the edge and beyond in the Learning & Development, Talent Management & HR space. Martin is a Senior HR Professional with 23 + years of experience in L&D Leadership, Talent Management & HR and has had the opportunity to work in the learning and talent space in companies such as Philips, Nike Inc, Ricoh, and Cisco WebEx. Martin enjoys sharing his knowledge with the learning and talent community and for the past 7 years Martin has been an active mentor for several cohorts attending the Masterclass Learning & Development Leadership Program at Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands, as well as recently being invited to be a LPI ( Learning and Performance Institute) Advisory Board member. Martin is known by many for his proactive and pragmatic approach to driving Talent and Learning and the passion and knowledge he has in this space.
