If you want to become more proficient in a specific area of interest or expertise, extend your ATD European Summit experience to include post-event learning. These professional development options will help you enhance and develop the skills needed for you to perform at your optimal level.

Certificate Program A: E-Learning Instructional Design Video

This program provides an opportunity to explore and implement the ATD E-Learning Design Model. You will see examples and have the opportunity to practice the skills needed to develop asynchronous e-learning experiences that motivate learners to examine and adjust their behavior.

The course includes opportunities to practice designing effective e-learning, investigating and applying instructional methodologies that support learning, and incorporating best practices into your own projects.

Ultimate learning at ATD European Summit


Based on popular demand, we are bringing back the Master Instructional Designer™ Program in 2019. The program is a blended learning experience consisting of three parts: online Fundamentals, Core Course, and an Elective. 

All participants who successfully complete the program receive an ATD Master Instructional Designer™ certificate. Participants are also encouraged to note this achievement on their resume or CV. In addition, ATD will keep a roster of all participants who successfully complete the program.
