Three ATD Certificate Programmes
These premium ATD Certificate Programmes will be offered alongside the online summit and exhibition. Each programme has been designed to provide tangible takeaways and practical toolkits that deliver learning value and impact. They will be led by an ATD facilitator and delivered fully online as part of the event.

Ready to give your skillset a boost?
Along with ATD 2021 European Summit, we are bringing you three ATD Certificate Programmes. You can choose between 1-day, 2-day and 3-day certificate programmes, delivered virtually. Each participant will receive the ATD certificate after completing the programme.
Certificate Programme A
17–19 November 2021
(Three-Day Certificate Programme)
Aligned to the instructional design capability of the Talent Development Capability Model, this virtual instructional design certificate program will provide you with more than 20 ATD-exclusive tools and templates and the opportunity to practice using them on a flexible, authentic learning project. Your project allows you to demonstrate your new skills in writing effective learning objectives, outlining a virtual learning event, and more.

(One-Day Certificate Programme)
As you earn your leadership certificate you can access ATD’s exclusive model for creating transformative leadership development programs. You’ll be introduced to a unique process for demonstrating the business value of your leadership development programs.

Certificate Programme C
18–19 November 2021
(Two-Day Certificate Programme)
You’ll explore ATD’s 5-D model and practice 30 fundamental consulting competencies with tools you can put to use immediately on the job. This practical model and structured approach to a consulting engagement empowers you to ask the right questions to diagnose needs. Boost your ability to guide clients as they identify needs, establish goals, and achieve desired performance outcomes.

Attendance policy
Participation in all originally scheduled days of the programme, including both face-to-face and live online formats, is mandatory to receive the certificate of completion and CEUs. Participants who miss more than two hours of the entire programme will not be eligible to receive the certificate. Participants who fulfil the attendance requirement will receive a certificate at the end of the programme.
The Association for Talent Development requires active participation throughout the programme to receive credit. Active participation in live online sessions includes, but is not limited to, participating in virtual classroom activities, discussions, breakout sessions, and intersession work. Please note that using a tablet or mobile device significantly limits your ability to fully and actively participate. If you meet the eligibility requirements, a certificate will be issued to you through the ATD Learning Platform at the end of the programme.
